The team was professional, friendly, and explained the entire process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The repair itself was flawless — you can’t even tell there was ever a scratch there. The paint matched perfectly, and the finish looks smooth and brand new. They truly paid attention to detail and treated my car with care. What stood out most was the great communication. Let’s start with positive serve rep was very nice , but that’s about it service was horrible they kept on giving me completion dates then the dates got pushed out time and time again. Finally picked up the car opened the lift gate has noticeable gaps where they worked on the car rough edges poor workmanship HORRIBLE. Paint job was horrible little sanding done rough edges I will never ever deal with this company again if I could give them negative stats/ rating i would .
