Car repair seems to be fine. I haven’t had any problems with the car, but the service provided and ETAs giving to me were not met. I had to call to find out when my car was gonna be ready and they would tell me that they were just waiting on a part, then they got the part and they were waiting on another part. At the end they started blaming everything on the insurance. My car was in the shop for over a month

Excellent customer service! Josue was instrumental in expediting my bumper repair. He prescheduled me to come in to match the paint color. Once painted, I came back for the install and was out in an hour and twenty minutes. The young lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and helped me through the paperwork. Overall great customer service. I will recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family! Thank you Caliber Collision!

Such professional and courteous service from everyone. They kept me updated on the repair and it was finished in a very timely manner. They even came to pick me up when it was done, saving me from getting an Uber. I hope I never have need of them again, but wouldn’t hesitate to use Caliber Collision again.

I was called and texted that my vehicle was ready for pick up at 830am. I arrived at 430 pm and my vehicle was still not ready for pickup. 45 minutes later I was given the keys to my car. The front emblem was never put and now have to return to get it put on. Gas is expensive and my time is very valuable. When I opened the car door to drive away I found the techs trash in my vehicle. The clear plastic seat cover and paper floor mat was crumbled up and thrown on the drivers seat. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
