The process was smooth and I appreciated it , I just wish they wouldn’t create appointment times that don’t work with their schedule. It’s better to be honest if they’re too busy , I’d rather have a day to pick up that works for them

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which the repairs to my Jeep where made: I was notified on a Monday the repairs had started and by the following Wednesday, it was ready to go. I was also impressed at the extra distance the crew at my local Caliber Collision went in order to make the original parts of my vehicle (that were not affected in my accident) match the newer parts that had to be replaced. They didn’t have to do it, but they did and I truly appreciate it.
