Caliber Collision in Merrill was wonderful! Barb communicated with me every step of the way. She was always professional and kind - plus if I had extra questions, she was incredibly gracious. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. (I really love my Jeep Wrangler. It’s 10 years old and they treated it like the gold I think it is!!) Additionally, the synchronization between State Farm, Caliber and Enterprise proved seamless. I was taken care of and I had a rental to get to work. Thank you so much!

I would recommend both our shops:)

I was happy to get in right away. But waited for parts for a long time. Rental vehicles would enhance your customer’s satisfaction. Overall pleased with the experience.

It was fine. In hindsight I could have drove the vehicle until the parts came. Very friendly. More update texts would have been nice.
