It started ok to humm I don’t know they did multiple bad things at the end when I pick up the car - my door sensor don’t work the same anymore, they haded gummy material on the window instead off a good rubber - repair guy slammed my door and did tell sorry, they stated to me that actually repair my car with used parts, now after 2 day off pick up the car the rubber on that door is falling of ,, I just don’t know how to feel about this experience anymore

The body shop preemptively made a decision or judgment call on the mechanical aspect of the vehicle prior to removing all the parts and inspecting the areas to determine what caused the damages. As a result the wrong information was provided to the insurance company regarding the damage.
