At the time of the initial Geico review, they were going to make repairs to all sides of the car that were damaged. The Geico representative even told CC to remove a permanent piece of the car that was not even damaged. The Geico rep then came back that afternoon and changed his mind and the only repairs to be completed were to the passenger side of the car. So, he had them remove a piece of the car and replace it and I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT? That is wrong. Ismael even told me this and he assessment was that it was wrong also. So, I end up paying $350 for something that was not even part of the repair.

Caliber Collision is a great body shop My overall experience was great everything was handled in a professional and highest expectations. my service advisor Jesus kept me informed through the hole process the only Improvement I think you guys need to make it in the men's bathroom there is no paper towels to dry your hands when you wash them besides that service is great
