The nature of my vehicles damages makes it difficult for me to assess the quality of repairs behind what can be seen on the outside of the vehicle. But if the outside of my repaired vehicle is any indication of what was/is repaired out of sight, then Caliber gets high marks all around.

From a customer service standpoint my experience was favorable. I had a single situation where my call was answered and then I was hung up on. Also, it appears that after a certain time late afternoon your call may not be answered. However, I still provide a high rating because when speaking to anyone at Caliber it was also clear and professional.

The from of the hood didn’t align properly with the front of the car; I was told it’s because the parts used (hood) was an aftermarket and not the original since my car is not brand new that’s the type of parts that are used for the repair
