The from of the hood didn’t align properly with the front of the car; I was told it’s because the parts used (hood) was an aftermarket and not the original since my car is not brand new that’s the type of parts that are used for the repair

I just wanna say thanks to the male manager at caliber collision for making sure and confident in the work that you all provide. He made sure that I was taken care of. I really wish I remembered his name. But he’s at the 12000 NE 14th location. Please give him his kudos. I really wish I could have told him before I left the location. He was great at communicating and making sure that things get done in a timely manner. He’s definitely a man of his word. He really is the face of caliber collision location. The gentleman at the front desk had great customer service. You all got the job done. Also thanks to the team that handled the painting and etc you all made it happen can’t forget about you. Yes I was completely satisfied with the service. But this morning on my way to work my car was smoking and come to find out my thermostat hose was broken which is located next to the battery of my car. When I drop my car off all those things were in perfect condition.
