My Experience

Yes. I have one minor complaint. I received 2 different completion dates. The first was for the 4/10 and the last one was for the 15th. I put gas in the rental based on the 15th. I wouldn’t have put in less gas. I’m retired and don’t drive very far on a weekly basis.

From the receiving of the vehicle to the end of the repair it was great. The receiving of the vehicle experience was amazing. The service technician (Ms.Barbara at Kendall) was extremely pleasant, explanatory and clear from the beginning to end. The service center where the vehicle was taken(Doral), was also amazing. My service technician Mr. Angel was amazing as well. Mr Angel from Doral center kept calling throughout all the repair time keeping us informed at all times.

Customer Service

Time and work were extremely amazing.

At the moment…

Repair Quality

The staff was spectacular and quickly attended to my needs. My girlfriend picked up the car, as I was not in the country at the time. Upon my return, I looked and was able to inspect the finished product. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that the area was still rough and not sanded properly.

My Experience

I'm still waiting on any response from Calliber Collision regarding the 8 days of work I lost because of the poor work you guys did on December, 2025.

I will recommend your service 100% to all my friends

Very professional team, super helpful in anyway, quick service and updates during the process. And they even help me out with the car rental. The all process was smooth.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Caliber Collision and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my brand new 2025 BMW (with less than 4,000 miles) in for what should have been a simple repair. I specifically went through Progressive and chose an in-network shop to avoid stress and headaches — but this turned into the biggest headache of all. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed an ant on the dashboard. As I looked closer, I found hundreds of ants crawling throughout the interior. I was honestly shocked. I live in the city and my car is never near vegetation, so there is no reasonable explanation for this happening outside of their care. I calmly went back inside and asked for the service agent who had been helping me. Instead of taking the situation seriously, he brought out the manager and they were cracking jokes while I stood there with an ant-infested car. Completely unprofessional and tone-deaf. They told me they would “take care of it” by fumigating or using ant gel, so after already driving two hours in a terrible rental, I drove another two hours back home expecting the issue to be handled. The next day, I get a call — not to reassure me that the problem was fixed — but to deflect blame. They repeatedly tried to suggest that my husband must have been eating Doritos in the car (which is completely false — we don’t even eat Doritos). If anything, that just raises more concern about what was happening with my car while it was in their possession. Instead of focusing on solving the issue, they were fixated on avoiding responsibility. When I asked them not to blame the customer and to just focus on fixing the problem, I was told, “I’m going to have to cut you off.” Completely unacceptable and incredibly rude. After that, I dealt with even more frustration from management. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and I had to go back and forth between them and my insurance for over a week just to get this handled. I finally got my car back, but was told there could still be more in the dash that they aren’t seeing which is absolutely insane to hear about a practically brand new luxury vehicle. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. Between the rude staff, lack of accountability, and the condition my car was returned in, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting Caliber Collision with their vehicle.
