Not happy with the repairs, it work was sloppy, the part was not replaced as it said in the charges, it was just repaired and not professionally done,they left a gap by the fender, I took it back they pushed a little more but still it doesn’t look professional, the paint match doesn’t look right, even do Angel said that is the right match , still doesn’t look the right match 😞

After receiving my vehicle there are still some pieces missed, and some calibrations apparently are not working. I reported this situation to my assigned technician and he told me to bring the vehicle to the caliber collision facility on Friday 02/20

Truthfully, I’m just not satisfied with the repair shop. I went to pick it up the first time they called me and the repairs were not done correctly. Sent it back the second time and a week later with no updates. They tell me my car is ready and still there’s damages from the accident that we’re not repaired. I was surely expecting better service . It truly has just been exhausting.

Hollywood location was better than Doral location with customer service but my car was sent to Darrell both times because Hollywood didn’t have the time to repair them, and Darrell was the one who failed to communicate with me .
