Mike was exceptional and very transparent and kept me updated and took things the extra step by looking everywhere for the sensor bracket the car needed The receptionist Hayley if I’m not mistaken I do apologize if I’m saying it wrong also was very kind and went also above calling the insurance company to make sure the code was sent with the rental for enterprise I didn’t have the pleasure to meet anyone else but who did the work on the vehicle did an excellent job as well Very hard working staff and willing to work and get things done overall 10/10 experience if any other questions please don’t hesitate to call or text 786-503-9997

I have mixed review as I've been serviced by Hollywood location in the past and was very pleasant. This time my vehicle was serviced in Doral and was a nightmare.

The staff at the Hollywood location was wonderful in assisting my wife and I when the Doral location performed a rushed and terrible job servicing our vehicle. I missed work after I was told my vehicle would be ready when it wasn't. When my wife when to pick fhe vehicle up, it was a poor job. After we got our vehicle repaired correctly cosmetically, there was no quality control performed and had to return because everything internally wasn't reconnected.
