Ricardo was my service provider, he did an excellent job on my car! It looks brand new off the lot, the communication with him was excellent he called everyday to check in and to keep me updated with parts and services coming in. I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company after being involved in a car accident, and I’m glad I was. From the very beginning, Ricardo was incredibly helpful, organized, and kept everything running smoothly. He provided a clear timeline and actually exceeded expectations with an early completion. The body work and paint job came out looking showroom quality—like nothing ever happened. While I hope I never find myself needing their services again, it’s reassuring to know they’re there if I do.

I went to pick up my car after it had been in repair for over a month, and it still wasn’t ready. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. The car was returned covered in dust, and the interior was left extremely dirty from the work they did. My son even got sick with allergies because of the dust inside the vehicle. To make matters worse, the car still has internal damage that was never addressed. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I do not recommend this place at all.
