I did not like when I picked up my car, the receptionist behind the window only asked customers to sign the release document without explaining what is being signed or giving the customer an opportunity to read it.

The work performed on my vehicle was excellent. Everyone on was point with communicating with me. I didn’t have to talk to several ppl who delivered several different stories. Every single person was one point with the communication. The only thing I didn’t see was a report informing me if the frame of the vehicle was okay since I was hit from behind.
