All of the staff I came in contact with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I also received daily follow up calls to update me on the progress of my car repairs which is a practice that is difficult to find in Miami. It's seems people are to busy to waste time making these calls when in fact, follow up calls are essential to providing excellent customer service. I genuinely felt catered to each time I received a call from Jorge.
