From the very beginning we were met by Connie and she was very friendly and we showed her the damage and she inspected the entire car and explained to us that she will keep in touch and will keep us informed of the repairs progress and she did so and explained what was going to get done. When we went to pick up the car we were extremely surprised by the finish job. The car looked great and was waxed and cleaned. What a great and beautiful job. Thank to all that did the work.

The car looked amazing- brand new! They even washed the exterior and cleaned the interior which I dont think they needed to do so that was a huge favor they did. They're customer service was really exceptional!!

The repairs were done very nicely. Except the wheel was not done.

Pros - The fender came our very nice. Julian took a call I made on new years eve at 5pm, and I was appreciative of that. Cons - The rep forgot to repair the damaged wheel/rim he discussed with me first day. On 3 occasions the rep said he would call me on a certain day and never did.
