Very happy with the work that was done. Looks great. The only issue I have is the timeline. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Caliber, and it’s the 3rd time you missed the original promise by 2+ weeks.

I’m not sure if that first comment went through because it brought me back to the same page lol but I’ll say it again. Having a car accident is really extremely stressful and I didn’t know what I was going to do where I was going to go. And my insurance company recommended caliber collision. I had a few other places that I was offered to go but I set out to meet the staff at caliber collision to see what it would look like for me. From the time I stepped into the door until my final payment and pick up of my vehicle , this entire process has been super easy, super professional, and just amazing! They calmed my nerves. They assured me that they would stay in communication and they encouraged me to communicate if I had any questions at all. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable! The entire time my vehicle was with them they kept in touch along the way. I would get frequent updates and they would encourage me to call or reach out if I had any questions at all. They took very good care of me and my vehicle, of course. I don’t know of any other place that would have taken care of me the way caliber collision did ,they go above and beyond those little things that you wouldn’t even think of that these other collision places probably would not have had or offered me had I gone somewhere else caliber took care of me 100% of the way. I am so thankful and so grateful. I just can’t say it enough. The staff is amazing and I left there feeling extremely satisfied and I’ve already recommended two friends to caliber collision. They just took really good care of me. I can’t put into words what an amazing experience this was. They took care of everything along the way. And when I picked up my vehicle, it looked factory new ,they took care of even the small things like making sure my vehicle was clean. They walked me around the vehicle encouraged me to ask questions. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction and it absolutely was. Thank you guys. You guys rock you guys are amazing. Very professional and extremely helpful. They are always there when I had a question. I believe everybody should go to caliber collision. I think the world would be a happier place. You guys are great. I don’t know if you realize this, but you’re doing a lot of good out in this world when people are having their worst moments, you were there to encourage to say it’s gonna be fine. I don’t feel like anything was hidden from me. I feel like the entire process was extremely transparent. Car accidents are stressful enough, being without a vehicle having to rent a car. But I don’t know any other place that would’ve taken care of me the way caliber collision did. I wasn’t sure about how the experience would go. All I kept thinking was I’m gonna be without a vehicle for about a month that was stressful enough! However, from the time I stepped in the door until my final payment the entire process has been super easy and caliber has been extremely accommodating. They let you know along the way the status your vehicle is in. They constantly keep in touch. They inform you and they are always there if you have any questions. From the time I stepped in the door, which was an extremely stressful day for me, they were able to walk me through what the process will look like. They assured me that they will do the best they can to keep me informed and they encouraged me to ask questions and call if I ever needed anything. The staff is extremely welcoming, very friendly and extremely professional. And honestly, I don’t know any other place that would have taken care of me the way caliber collision did and I am ever so grateful and thankful. I hope I never have to go through this process again but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going to go and that is caliber collision. I can’t thank you guys enough you guys are great and I have recommended you to at least two other people. You guys are amazing. You ease my mind when I was stressed you encouraged communication and you took care of all the little things from start to finish. My vehicle came out looking factory new! You guys are crazy talented and you’re all amazing. I can’t thank you enough! I know exactly where I’m gonna go if I ever have the need again. 💕

I am satisfied with the results but very dissatisfied with the amount of time the repairs took as well as the weekly promises that my vehicle would be ready the following week only to receive an email at the end of the next week that it would be the following week.
