I am satisfied with the results but very dissatisfied with the amount of time the repairs took as well as the weekly promises that my vehicle would be ready the following week only to receive an email at the end of the next week that it would be the following week.

Work was quick, seamless, and beautifully completed. Service was informative, super friendly, honest and transparent. Made it easy with a rental car as they work with Enterprise. Dani and Bryan were awesome and so was anyone I interacted with. Very positive experience overall and I’m a happy customer - will definitely recommend!!

From the moment Caliber had possession of the vehicle the staff was friendly and courteous. They made me feel at ease especially when they dealt with the insurance company. I opted for text updates which was convenient and if I had any questions or concerns the staff was prompt and professional with their responses/updates. Caliber staff met expectations with delivery timing and performance of vehicle repairs.
