The repair looks good I am pleased with it however since I have to fix my car after they fix it, I am not enthusiastic about referring them

The tails lights were not connected so I have been driving primarily daytime I finally break down and take the trunk apart and find the cables just dangling I connected that and clear all the light msg on my display ...the part that gets me though they have me engage in a back and forth with the insurance company trying to get them to pay for tail lights control module. Also my horn is not working I am hoping it's the same issue the cable just needs to be connected, apart from that the bumper replacement is good they looks good and the paint job is good ..I just wish my experience with them was more seemless they seem to be a nice group of workers.

From start to finish everyone involved was helpful and focused on making the process as easy as possible for me. They do a terrific job with everything from assessing and explaining the repairs to working with the rental car company. Outstanding customer service, communication and updates. Front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and up front on what to expect. All questions were answered. Work done on the vehicle was exceptional, too. Would highly recommend!

Even though I had a minor repair done to replace my left rear tail light, the front office people were great to work with as well. The technicians who worked on the car, also I noticed my car was cleaned for me, and that was a surprise, I would recommend this place to anybody.

My experience at Caliber was excellent, the people are the nicest I have ever dealt with. They explained the whole process, the text messages explaining the timing of the repair. Conclusion better than my doctors office. Will not go any place else.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they were down-to-earth which to me is the most important quality. I loved how they walked me through the process as this was the first time my car needed body repairs. And the work they performed is flawless. Can’t even tell my car was in an accident. In addition, I had a lot of “beginner” questions as I have never been through this experience before, and they answered all of them without hesitation. I truly appreciate that. Great work. I would highly recommend.
