What was supposed to be a 2 day job ended up being 8 days. I was lied to I had to call to get any answers. My car was held hostage for 8 days and I was terribly inconvenienced. My time is very important and that why we make appointments. I expected much better service then what I received. I will never recommend Caliber to anyone.

They fixed my car after a deer jumped into me & made my car look better than it had in years. 36 hrs after I picked it up, all their work was destroyed when I was hit ! They took my car in for a look, said it was undrivable, and helped me with everything all over again :) I'd recommend them in a second !!
