I just picked up our Hyundai Tucson today from the Downtown Minneapolis location. The door repair looks fine, but I noticed the passenger side front seat and backseat both look dirty and stained. I’m assuming this happened during the repair process. I didn’t noticed until I got home from the shop. I have a few pictures to share if needed. Can we get these seats cleaned?

The people were kind and it didn’t take super long once they had the part. I was confused that the estimate stayed the same up until a few hours before I picked it up. It added over a $100 to the total after I had looked that morning and it had stayed the same. I’m assuming it’s because they did more work but I wish that was on the original estimate.

Every thing was handled with efficiency and care--from the front desk to the shop representative.
