Although the repairs were adequate, whoever technician was smeared my front windshield (poorly done) and the driver door window was smeared as well. I like my windows clean and clear like I bought it in for repairs. But the overall experience was okay, not really meeting my expectations.

Due to the poor follow up, but Jillian did offer to have the windows redone and I was extremely angry at that time and said I would take care of it, but it no working out for me

I brought my car to your facility for a broken window and busted mirror cover. The repairs were done good and my car was ready for pick up at the accurate time. But I was not happy and very disappointed with the cleaning of my vehicle. I had just thoroughly cleaned my vehicle. My wife actually noticed how smeared my windows were and then I noticed that. I was totally disappointed because I spent a couple hours cleaning it. I had vacuum majority of the broken glass. I really haven’t had time to clean the car windows again, but I’m planning to redo it. I’m disappointed with your staff who were supposed to clean it. I like my vehicle to be clean, I don’t eat, smoke, or anything that can cause a mess in my car. As the rental car company doesn’t want those things, so do I. Absolutely I’m not happy with that piece of the repair, I don’t want to cause anyone their job, it’s just that I’m not happy with the outcome.

Caliber is a preferred vendor to Geico for body work. Not for Glass only damage. Not knowing that when glass repair did not work, created a huge headache . Please advise customers on that upfront.
