Excellent skill set, customer service and all around a very good experience, which not everybody shop has believe me. Kudos to Luke, my service tech, and to Julie, the office manager, who both patiently answered any questions.I had during the progress of fixing the car. They were all very patient and didn't treat me like.I was a moron.

I mean no, kidding.I have tried to save a buck with some Vietnamese or some shop where they went to a junkyard to get the door but the color was off.And they didn't even try to match it. I paid less there, but you know what?It took longer, and in the end, it looks stupid.Once the door was put on my car.

Luke and I think Susan or J I lie, the office mgr, were excellent, gave updates, helped me identify stuff I wasnt even aware of regarding my collision. Just very organized, seamless.

The team at caliber collision had amazing customer service. They went out of the way to make sure that I was informed on all the steps they were going to take to repair my vehicle. They are very informative and call me with updates related to my vehicle. no that, but I received my vehicle it clear that it was well taken care of, as well as washed and cleaned. I definitely would recommend this body shop to my friends family.
