I had such a great experience with the Caliber Collision team especially Luke and Colette! They were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. My car was finished in a timely manner, and they even went above and beyond by replacing a light for me, which I really appreciated. The staff explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the repairs from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs auto work done!!

in between as my car didnt start when i was trying to leave and it needed a jump. I had to rush and replace my battery as my car was going out, got stranded with my kids and was just upset had to get battery once i got it back from repairs
Customer Service - 3.5/5.0 -
i kept calling for updates as the text service wasnt working. I got a text days later after pick up that my car was complete and ready. The tech had left right after arriving on my original completion date and i had called to see ETA for that day and was told that would be the Monday , as it was Friday and closed on weekends. so there went 300 more on a rental till fixed

I am extremely dissatisfied with this repair experience. – Fender was installed incorrectly, causing paint damage and scratching my headlight. – My keyless entry stopped working and dashboard chime disappeared after the repair. – A wheel cover was not installed properly, and the scratch was not cleaned. – Tire pressure was not adjusted, TPMS light came on immediately after leaving, and I had to pay out of pocket to refill air. – The repair was delayed and the entire process took nearly a month, despite being a relatively straightforward job. Because of these mistakes, I wasted significant time, had to return the shop, and suffered additional damage to my beloved car that did not exist before the repair. I paid my $500 deductible expecting professional work on my beautiful classic car, but instead received sloppy workmanship and extra costs. This is unacceptable. I expect compensation for the additional damages and inconvenience, including at minimum a partial refund or credit, in addition to redoing the work properly.

My repair took nearly a month, and when I finally picked up the car there were new problems: the fender was misaligned and scratched my headlight, my keyless entry stopped working, the dashboard chimes were gone, and even the wheel cover and tire pressure were not handled. These issues happened after the repair, and I hope your company will not avoid responsibility. What also disappointed me was the staff’s attitude. When I asked one employee not to push on my frameless car window, another simply told me to step aside and claimed they could “take care” of it. That is careless and disrespectful. My car is my right to protect, and your employees’ recklessness and negligence deserved my correction, not dismissal. A proper attitude matters — mistakes can be forgiven, but dismissiveness, false promises, arrogance, and lack of respect cannot. This made me lose confidence in Caliber. That said, I do want to acknowledge one thing: after I pointed out the problem with the fender, you re-ordered a new one for me at no extra charge. That was the right thing to do. The fender is a vital part of the car’s “face,” and every owner hopes their unique and beautiful car can keep its lovely face intact. I understand mistakes can happen, but the important thing is to face them honestly, apologize, and take real action to make things right. Cars carry memories and emotional meaning for their owners — mine is a true support in my life. I sincerely hope that when facing the choice between saving a few hundred dollars and protecting your credibility, Caliber will choose credibility. That will show true professionalism and win long-term trust from customers.
