I was a little flustered when I was told my car was ready for pickup (Friday) and it wasn’t ready until Monday( not being open on the weekend really delays the repair process)., I wish they had a bigger shop separate from their reception area , seems a little cramped.

I was pleased with how good the car looked when I got it back. In the process of repairing it they found some other damage that I didn’t know existed (I had forgotten about a slight bump into another car when I slid on black ice a year ago. It caused damage that wasn’t visible.) I was really appreciative that Josh invited me to come in to look at it and then decide what I wanted to do about it, if anything. The whole time Josh was very open about my options, and I ultimately decided to add that repair to keep my car in top condition. Josh, Julie and the others I interacted with there were all very friendly and professional, and made it a pleasant experience.

Minneapolis-Downtown Caliber Collision's team did a great job of getting my car repaired in a timely manner. The people there were very nice and helpful; from when I walked into their door they welcome me and took care of me right away. They all were very informative and efficient at getting the job done. When I dropped off my car they made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. They made me feel that my car was in good hands. They were good at updating me on the status of my car. They finish my car sooner then I expected. They made my experience there really easy. They even took care of my rental car which made everything perfect. I would recommend them to friends and family and I definitely would do service with them again.

They did a great job, however my insurance company had to prompt them to call me to let me know why things were taking too long. After that, they were timely in communicating with me.
