Mike and the rest of his staff at Caliber Collision were outstanding from the moment I stepped into their office until I came to pick my car up after it was all repaired and beautiful. It sparkled inside and out. Every employee there put me first in every situation. It was a pleasure to deal with all of them. I think it has a lot to do with the kind of person Mike is and who he has chosen to hire. His employees are all personable and ready to serve their customers. When I was there to pick up my RAV 4, I was in a rental that I had to return to Enterprise Rental Car. One of the employees, Scott, offered to drive the rental car back to Enterprise while I drove my car over there. That was so sweet of him to help me out that way to avoid a lot of back and forth. My RAV 4 looks soooo beautiful. They did an excellent t job on the body work. I'm so happy with the job they did and the caring service I received. Thank you so much for everything, Mike and Caliber Collision! And thank you, Enumclaw for recommending Caliber Collision for this work on my car!
