I would suggest that the signing of documents not be the first step in connecting. Perhaps the techs could briefly take a look at the vehicle before a contract is presented to the client.

Caliber stayed in contact with us during the repair. The time done was quicker than we expected, it would of been done quicker, but the electronics took more time to adjust. Would recommend the missoula caliber site the first place to get a quote for your vehicle.
