When all was said and done, the car was returned to me in practically pre-accident condition, and all within 1 week. They ordered a brand new number from Hyundai for my 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. The paint was blended to match adjacent panels and the bumper sensors were calibrated. Haven’t had any issues with it yet. Everything is like new. No complaints. Couldn’t be happier.

The lights were not working when I picked it up, the driver side fender cap does not have any clear coat or gloss, and the skid plate was not repaired correctly and has huge uneven gaps. They did state they ordered the skid plate and will replace it once it comes plus they will look at repairing the bumper cap. Im concerned the truck has frame damage since the skid plate had such a huge gap. It was not like that before the accident. Also I was told the bumper cap used was aftermarket and textured. The one before the accident was not textured had clear coat and was glossy. But hopefully everything is corrected properly the second time around. Kind regards, Valentin German 209-277-6234

Throughout the entire process I felt confident that I would receive the best service possible. Most communication was with Prisila and she did an amazing job at keeping me informed. Any change was communicated as well, I felt valued as a first time customer. The experience was pleasant and smooth throughout and I was thankful that they also handled my rental return and washed my car to have it ready for pick up!
