I was welcomed in when I first got there I was kept in the loop about every step that was going on. Everyone was very kind and my car looked amazing. It was even washed and cleaned when I came to pick it up and it was done in record time. Thank you Caliber Collision. You are amazing.

I am really amazed how my truck came out to be i was not expecting the great work. But my god my truck looks beautiful back to normal not even notice it was hit but I highly recommend this shop to anybody for sure.

Completely satisfied with customer service. Everyone was very nice and informative. I was informed that my car needed an oil change so I called BMW made an appointment for Friday. Took my car in and was told check engine light was on. I ended up with a loaner car. I didn’t see the light on but ended up leaving my car at shop through the weekend. Hopefully it’s not something serious.

Everyone was so kind and just amazing when it came to everything the customer service the repair notifying and our repaired was done a day early. They did absolutely amazing. When I looked at our rim that was completely scuffed up when I got it back, I thought it was a brand new rim. It turned out. It was the same rim. They just repaired it. They did absolutely amazing.
