Incorrect email address printed on business cards, so when I tried to follow up from the first estimate appointment, my email was kicked back. My father was the one who initially brought it in for an estimate. They took pictures then, but a few days later called and said I needed to come in that day to take pictures because “they didn’t see them” in my file. Called back 30 minutes later to confirm they did in fact already have the pictures. Lastly, I received incorrect information as to when my car was ready; I got an email my car was ready, so I left work 30 minutes prior to the end of my shift, only to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes because my car was not ready. I was told there was a “mix up” with the emails. The ladies in the office were very pleasant to deal with, but I felt the level of professionalism was no where near it should’ve been from the very beginning.
