Caliber Collission was great, very organized, kept me updated about every move that was done on my vehicle. Everything was recorded to make sure I knew what had been done to my vehicle and the tech that helped me out, Miguel Perez, did an amazing job at restoring my car to its original condition and walking me through every step of the process. I am very pleased. The process was also quite quick. It took the amount of days they estimated from day one. So again, I am very please with Miguel Perez and caliber collission !

The work on my car was a 10 they even vacuumed it out. But the customer service was the killer for me. I would of gave it a lower score but cynthia was really helpful and sweet and the work on my car looks great. Might need to rethink who you have in the front desk. That's why i wouldn't recommend this place to family or friends or my insurance company.

So the lady cynthia was very nice and helpful, as for everyone else's i was in contact with they were NOT friendly and very rude. If you don't like people you shouldn't be in customer service!
