I took the car back to the shop two times to get all the issues fixed. A paint mark was left on the side panel and a bracket was not ordered for the headlight assembly.

Cynthia did an above average job at customer service. I found it inconvenient that I needed to call on multiple occasions to check the status of the car repairs. I was told I would get a call and this did not occur.
