100% sure my car wheel security nut was there and now I don’t have it. The guy never called me back with a feedback I ran into an emergency and needed to remove the tire. One more thing small pieces of paint came off from the upper windshield of my car and they said it was the washing machine and that’s all.

Very expensive repair with slow outcome. Caleb promise me 3x that it will be done but did not deliver his promise. To many excuses for the delay. Customer service is awful and when I pick it up they have to jump start the vehicle before I can drive my vehicle. I will never recommend this shop to anybody.

To expensive repair with lots of delay that cost me two weeks of paycheck. Lacking customer service in the front desk. Have to jump start my vehicle when picking up and a quarter of my gas was used during the repair time which is three weeks for the door and fender repair.

Parts not readily available that repairs went from 1 week to 6. We were patient, never called to push anyone but it was sure hard without our car. Had to reschedule dentist appointment with one reliable car. But overall appreciate the work put in and the car looks good so far. My answer is just based on the time it took compared to what was quoted. Thank you for the beautiful work.
