I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team truly went above and beyond. When I picked up my Toyota, it looked absolutely amazing, not only was the repair flawless, but the entire exterior was beautifully detailed, and the inside was spotless. There wasn't a trace left behind that my vehicle had even been worked on. A special thank you to Priscilla for her outstanding communication throughout the entire process. She kept me updated every step of the way, and her kindness, compassion, and professionalism made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Being down one vehicle with our family could have been a huge inconvenience, but they had everything completed by the end of the very next day. I was incredibly impressed with both the quality of the work and the quick turnaround. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs!

Parts were not ordered until 1 week after the insurance company okay the repair. Every completion date I receive a call for an excuse as to why it will take another week , such as parts on back order but they didn’t find out until the completion date to check, parts were damaged in to separate occasion but I was told until the completion, delays for no reasons. It took over 5 weeks to repair that I had to pay for a rental car

See first question. It’s was impossible to get a hold of the shop. Always went to some headquarters that never relayed my call. Only once was I able to talk with the shop and I had to request multiple manager before that happened. The shop never called back when a message was left. All I got was text with an excuse why they didn’t not finish at the sated time, multiple times
