Natalie was great with keeping me updated on my car and with the associate Tuan on how my car was progressing in the shop. I will definitely give them a 10 star rating. Plus, I will recommend my coworkers to this collision place because of how quickly they were on everything with the estimate and getting my car fixed before the timeframe they told me initially.

I thought I did this survey, but I will let you know again that Caliber Collision was awesome and fixing my vehicle on time and before estimated time. Travelers insurance was also a good experience on the telephone with the customer service/adjuster that was handling my case. I was very surprised and delighted.
