Natalie was great with keeping me updated on my car and with the associate Tuan on how my car was progressing in the shop. I will definitely give them a 10 star rating. Plus, I will recommend my coworkers to this collision place because of how quickly they were on everything with the estimate and getting my car fixed before the timeframe they told me initially.

I’ve been here before for another vehicle in the past and forgot the feeling of seeing your car get repaired like nothing ever happened. So I was really like “wow” because usually when the car is painted it can’t be like how it used to be but dang, it truly looked like I never got into an accident so I’m truly pleased with the results of the Hyundai. And Tuan was truly respectful, took his time answering all the questions I had, communicated with me every day and his demeanor and professionalism, is really great for the company.
