I very much appreciate the communication that Daniel had with me all through the process. I don't normally do these kind of things by myself and it was amazingly helpful that Daniel was basically holding my hand the entire way through. Repair was delayed 1week because they forget to order an axel that I’d already told them was bent. This could have been taken care of while we waited 3 weeks for a different part (side panel) to arrive.
