From the assessment; to the repair; to the return of my vehicle, I was completely satisfied with the attention of the staff; their understanding of the insurance claim; the quality of the repair; and the courteous, friendly manner in which they discussed the process with me. I have used this shop before (although I hope that I don't have to use them again because of an accident), and found that my current experience was similar to the past work, and I would recommend them highly to anyone. Picked the car up and steering wheel looked like it had some white smears on it. Mark took the car back had it cleaned up and back to me in less then 10 min. Today I noticed floor mats we're not fasten down correctly and I had to fix a grommet on it to get it back in correctly. Actual body and paint looks great.
