Never would recommend. Customer service was good, repairs, quality, craftsmanship, and choice of what to replace and how to fix it was questionable.

Painted over bolts, new tail gate doesn’t open, tailgate handle was painted to match, now it’s factory black, body panels don’t match, one tail light was replaced, the other wasn’t, even though it’s was chipped. The bed liner replacement isn’t going to match existing older bed liner.

The newly painted panels appear to have orange peel texture, the tailgate that was replaced is very difficult to open, impossible to open with one hand. Now the bedside and tailgate have brand new paint but the rest of the truck has 20 year old paint. The mismatch paint looks horrible, it looked better when all body panels had matching 20 year old paint.

A text message was sent to me each day but there wasn't a sufficient update. Even the info bar on the website only indicate started and complete/finished. You should provide a better update. What is being fixed? How are we tracking?

Danielle was amazing and really understood how particular we were about matching the color to our truck. When we saw the finished result, it was a perfect match, you honestly couldn’t even tell it had been painted! We’re extremely satisfied with the work and highly recommend Caliber collision!

The service was above and beyond. The workers who the repairs salvaged the old parts I asked for and returned them after the repairs were done. The shop manager committed to finishing the repairs before the weekend and the office staff even waited a few minutes after closing to finalize the paperwork and get me on my way.
