Unfortunately I’ve been in quite a few accidents because people don’t know how to drive. Been to a few other places and by far this is one of the top two that I have been to. No complaints and I would definitely go there again and would highly recommend

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist ladies were warm, professional, and very welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and kept me informed about what to expect. Tuan Nguyen was exceptional throughout the entire repair process. From point A to Z, the repairs were handled thoroughly and with great attention to detail. He truly made me feel confident that my vehicle was not just repaired cosmetically, but properly inspected and restored to be fully roadworthy and safe. What I appreciated most was Tuan’s consistent communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, explaining the progress of the repairs and maintaining transparent communication with the at-fault insurance company via email. This level of transparency ensured that everyone involved was properly informed throughout the entire process, which gave me real peace of mind. Tuan is truly a great asset to Caliber Collision.
