we had a bad experience with getting a rental after you told me everything was set up and we had to go back and pick up my damaged car from collision center . also we had a lady from your insurance be as rude as they come . i talked to a represenative and i told him i wanted the check in my name so i could make sure everything was done properly on my car before being paid and that never happened. now im waiting on you guys to let me know what being done with the medica stand point of view so ive sent your insurance a email to see whats going to happen on your end
