Based on issue encountered with loud noise being heard that should like an old country wagon being pulled in gravel. Felt problem should have been caught especially given vehicle hit and rolled over large tree trunk.

Wished all problems would have been addressed at the onset. Presumably this would result in having to take it to another establishment for another diagnosis. Not pleased that we heard noise under the car upon driving home after car was released to us.

So professional from drop off to pick up. Delay because of wrong parts but I was in a rental paid by the other party’s insurance so no big deal. Warren was my advisor and kept me updated every step of the way. Extra nice that you can leave your rental there when you pick up your car. And the car looks shiny and new.
