Adrian is very attentive with great follow through. The vehicle was returned but the tailgate doesn’t open and close correctly. Additional parts will be ordered and submission to State Farm of another possible damaged area (the 5th wheel). Have not heard the status. Also at times it’s difficult to get ahold of someone at the shop on Stratos and instead, calls go to the call center. I find that its difficult to understand personnel at the call center.

Repairs were extremely fast and looked back to new. There were a couple small issues that require me to go back, however, they are very small issues that will be fixed easily.
