Repair was done in a very reasonable amount if time had my door lock replaced as it was popped out and vandalized but the lock kinda sticks now I imagine it would be hard to repair it exactly the way it was, but great job on taking the scratches off the door

Looks like my car radio is not set correctly and Daytime running lights work; however unsure if they are on as switch does not light up

Customer service started off great until I stopped receiving updates and had to constantly call to request update or to see if my car was done. It went from 7 days in shop to almost 3 weeks. I was not aware what was going on until as stated I would call and ask.

Very busy on Monday morning with vehicle drop offs but , procedure went smoothly. I liked the text message updates I received on my vehicle. On the day I picked up my vehicle staff in office very efficient. Having a staff member walk me out to answer questions regarding my vehicle was helpful. I would recommend Caliber to family & friends.

The repairs are not complete. It’s a terrible job! Unfortunately we didn’t notice the gaps and crooked hood until we got home. Now because it’s a holiday weekend we have to wait until Tuesday to speak to someone about these unexceptionable repairs.
