The actual work completed was great

It took twice as long to complete the work as we were quoted. We sent all the info from the adjuster to Caliber with no response and no follow up. When we finally were scheduled for repairs and dropped our truck off, multiple times the parts ordered arrived “damaged. “ We were charged for work that not completed and still have not received a refund 44 days later. I have followed up many times only to be told he has not heard from corporate.
