There was very slight gap inconsistency on the fender that was replaced as well as very small bubbles in chrome covering on side mirror that was repaired. Only noticeable if you really look closely. Otherwise good, paint blending looks good, everything else seems perfect

I only dealt with one person for the whole process, guy at front desk. He’s friendly and helpful. I was a little dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I was told when I dropped the truck off they would keep me updated, which never occurred. I called to check on progress a couple times, which the same front desk person said they would call back and fill me in, and they never did. Repair took over a month, which I understand is fairly common in these situations, but getting no communication from them was a weak spot for them.
