Amazing! Nick went above and beyond to communicate consistently through the process. He even helped me to return my rental car when I came to pick up my Jeep. When everything else about resolving the car accident was extremely stressful and made such a difference to at least have this process go smoothly. Cannot say thank you enough!

I would recommend caliber collision to anyone looking for professionally handled repairs to your vehicle. Jesse, the general manager was able to get me in the same day. I called where the other five shop so I called were anywhere between two and five months out for repairs. I know that fluctuates from time to time but my goodness the difference between next day service in two months away. Service is huge. Nick was the person assigned to my vehicle and constantly kept me updated on the status of the parts. What they found the damage wise and any surprises or hidden costs based off of a previous accident. He was able to walk me through that in a very professional manner in a very stressful time they were able to get my vehicle done in less than 20 days, which considering today’s backlog of hearts is truly amazing. I was impressed all the way from beginning to end with Jesse starting and Nick taking over working with me and the insurance company to make sure that the vehicle got repaired from a complete front in destruction. Look no farther amazing repair and great customer service.
