The repair looks beautiful. I can’t even tell I hit a deer… But the timeframe was just tough, because caliber had my vehicle for a month… they were always respectful though and gave me updates frequently, so I did appreciate that a lot. I do understand the difficulty getting parts, though, so overall a great experience. Thank you.

There is still a dent in our driver's side door that did not get fixed. The repairs took 2 weeks longer than expected. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Happy with recent collision repair. The person at your front desk was great! He figured out what parts were needed, and ordered them in advance. He gave me a detailed estimate, and he had the car repaired in 10 days. I was very happy with the result.

We received zero communication, throughout most of the repair process, only when I called and complained did we start to get some communication. The process was extremely frustrating.

Work was done well, but we never received a single phone call about ordering the part, painting, or completion of work, if I didn’t call the shop, nothing would’ve ever been done. Was told that our job must have fell through the cracks the first time.
