Work was done well, but we never received a single phone call about ordering the part, painting, or completion of work, if I didn’t call the shop, nothing would’ve ever been done. Was told that our job must have fell through the cracks the first time.

As I understand it, delays were caused by insurance changing the plan in midstream, and not by Caliber. I am completely satisfied with the work done by Caliber.

Customer service is alive and well at Caliber Collision! From opening the door for us when we dropped the car off to putting new tags on it when we picked it up.
