No updates were given when parts were running behind. We had to call the location 2x week to get updates. Vehicle was there over 3 weeks. We're told at one point the reason it was taking so long is that the workers were not being paid. (Insurance check was in the vault).

The repairs done to the vehicle look good. The amount of the finale bill being almost double the original estimate combined with the fact that it took over three times the amount of time as originally proposed makes it very difficult to recommend Calliber Collision to anyone. Communication was seriously lacking and not totally honest.

No mention of having to seek approval of INS CO [Travelers}to even order a part for the repair.which delayed the project several days. We expected the job would be 3-4 days and it was 2 weeks. tooo long
