They called and let me know where they were at in the repairs and kept me in the link when they thought they would be completed and when the.car would taken back to the other store. They should get 5* and a taise

I had to make three trips to the Moore location and inspect repairs and each time on my lunch and Moore traffic is npt kind to a commuter and had to address with Sara and the Manager what was wrong. The front bumper was not aligned properly on the first visit and was flush on one side and sticking out on the other side. Also the hood had to be readjusted as the rubber seal at the front was not even and the light on the passenger side tjat was repaired had to be adjusted, as had a larger gap than the driver side. I still was not fully satisfied at pickup, as the rubber seal on the hood was not flush and I was told everything had to be disassembled and assembled and that was as close as they could get and I just wanted tp take the car and good enough; though not happy.
